The Central Micro-Nano Fabrication Facility has class 100000 and class 10000 cleanrooms, well-equipped for fabrication of devices. The cleanroom houses class 100 polypropylene fume hoods, a deionized water plant, an RF sputtering system, and a mask aligner.
