This Instrument is used for fluorescence lifetime measurement using the TCSPC technique.
Features
Measure lifetimes from 25ps with laser diodes and a PPD detection module
Up to 1,000 TCSPC measurements per second – ideal for kinetics studies.
Measurement modes
Lifetime – measure 25ps to 1s
Kinetic TCSPC – 1 to 10 000 decays measured sequentially in 1ms to 1 min per decay
Anisotropy – re-convolution analysis to resolve shorter rotational correlation times
Time-Resolved Emission Spectra (TRES) – Collect up to 100 wavelength-dependent decays
Steady-State
Pulsed LED with typical Pulse width of < 1 ns and maximum Repetition rate of 20 MHz.
Available nano LEDs are:
- 280 +/- 10 nm
- 340 +/- 10 nm
Pulsed Laser Diodes with a typical pulse width of 100 ps and Maximum Repetition Rate of 80 MHz
- 405 +/- 10 nm
- 470 +/- 10 nm
